This website, eveproperty.com, is operated by Thecla Christee Eve, a Registered Real Estate Negotiator (REN 65963) practising under Nexsgen Realty Sdn Bhd, a licensed real estate agency (E(1)1914).
For the purposes of the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA"), Thecla Christee Eve and Nexsgen Realty Sdn Bhd act as the data users in respect of personal data you submit through this website.

2. What We Collect
We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry. When you submit an enquiry form on this website, we collect:
- Your name;
- Your phone / WhatsApp number;
- Your email address;
- The project, layout or budget range you indicated an interest in;
- Your consent record (that you ticked the consent box, and when).
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone instead, we hold the number you contacted us from and the content of that conversation.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your identity card number, bank account details, card numbers, online banking credentials or passwords through this website.
Our hosting provider may also log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page) for security and basic traffic statistics. Where advertising or analytics tags are active on this site, they may set cookies to measure how many visitors arrive from an advertisement and whether they submitted an enquiry.
3. Why We Use It

- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including those of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP).
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not pass it to third-party marketers, lead-buying networks or unrelated agents.
4. Who We May Share It With
We disclose your personal data only to the extent necessary, and only to:
- Nexsgen Realty Sdn Bhd (E(1)1914) and its licensed real estate agents, who supervise the official booking and purchase process;
- The developer of the project you enquired about, and its appointed sales team, where you ask us to proceed with a booking or registration of interest;
- Panel bankers or solicitors, where you ask us to arrange a loan or SPA assistance;
- Service providers who operate this website and our messaging tools on our behalf (such as our website host and form provider), under obligations of confidentiality;
- Authorities, where disclosure is required by law.
Some of these service providers may store data on servers located outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection.
5. Consent & Your Choices
You give consent by ticking the consent box before submitting an enquiry form, or by contacting us voluntarily. Providing your data is optional — but without a contact number or email we cannot respond to your enquiry.
You may at any time:
- Withdraw consent and ask us to stop contacting you;
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
- Request deletion of your data, where we are not required to keep it;

6. How Long We Keep It

- Completed transactions — for the period required under applicable law and agency record-keeping rules;
- Withdrawn consent — contact data is removed from active marketing promptly, with a minimal suppression record retained so we do not contact you again by mistake.

Enquiry forms on this website are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to enquiry records is limited to Thecla Christee Eve and authorised personnel at Nexsgen Realty Sdn Bhd who need it to serve you. We review access and delete data we no longer need.
