eveproperty.com is the personal marketing website of Thecla Christee Eve, a Registered Real Estate Negotiator (REN 65963) practising under Nexsgen Realty Sdn Bhd, a real estate agency licensed by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP) under licence number E(1)1914.
The purpose of this website is simple: to give buyers a clear, honest showcase of the new residential launches Eve personally represents, and an easy way to reach a real, licensed person about them.

What We Are Not
We are not a property developer. This website is not the official website of any developer, and it is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the owner of any development shown on it.
Every project featured here belongs to its own developer. Project names, logos and trade marks are the property of their respective owners and appear on this site for identification purposes only, so that buyers can tell which development each page refers to.
All images are artist impressions or developer-supplied marketing material. All prices, sizes, layouts, availability and specifications shown are indicative only and subject to change by the developer without notice. For anything binding, rely on the developer's official sales documents and approved building plans.
Our Role
As a registered negotiator, Eve acts on behalf of her agency under the developer's appointment to market the project. In practice, that means:
- Sharing the current price list, floor plans, availability and payment schedule — not a stale brochure.
- Arranging showroom appointments and accompanying you on site visits.
- Comparing the project honestly against nearby alternatives.
- Helping with loan eligibility estimates and banker introductions.
- Guiding the booking form, SPA and progress-billing stages through Nexsgen Realty Sdn Bhd (E(1)1914).
Where a transaction requires it, your enquiry is handled together with licensed real estate agents at Nexsgen Realty Sdn Bhd, who oversee the official booking and purchase process.
Fees — and Who Pays Them
Buyers are never charged a fee for our service. We do not ask for deposits, registration fees, "unit-locking" fees, or any payment of any kind through this website. Our remuneration comes entirely from the respective developers.
Any booking fee or deposit you pay in the course of a purchase is paid directly to the developer or its appointed solicitors, against an official receipt — never to us personally, and never to an individual's account.
Transparency & Data Privacy
We identify ourselves clearly on every page of this site, including our name, REN number, agency, agency licence number and contact details. We do not advertise projects we are not appointed to market, and we do not use fabricated pricing or false scarcity claims.
Enquiry details you submit are used solely to respond to your enquiry about the project you asked about. They are never sold, rented, or passed to third-party marketers. Read our Privacy Policy for the full detail of how your data is handled under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
